Balcony glazing MP-640

Transparent construction without thermobreak of MP-640 series is designed for balcony glazing in dwelling and public buildings.
The following design types are possible from profiles MP-640 series and component parts:
— Window packages:
•one-casement turn windows, tilt-and-turn windows;
• two-casements impost with internal opening;
• sliding windows

— Door packages:
• one-leaf;
• outward opening;
• without cill;
• with plinth.

— Stained-glass windows for complete glazing of buildings.
MP-640 series structures are used to protect against external atmospheric influences: rain, noise and dust; improve the heat insulation of rooms and provide additional coziness and comfort.
Transparent structures MP-640 (multi-cell constructions from frame elements) are performed according to the pillar-and-crossbar principle. Pillars and cross-bars are connected by means of T-connectors and screws (in the form of cast parts or embedded parts from an extruded profile). Pillars have a built-in element for hinge mounting, which allows fixing the structure via mounting points directly to the floors and they are divided into angular, end and intermediate designs.
Installation of framework blocks in case of complex building facade glazing is carried out from inside of the building, without using scaffolds, which greatly eases, speeds up and reduces the cost of installation.

Technical characteristics:
• thickness of the fillings applied: in hinged designs from 3 mm to 24 mm; in sliding designs – 4,5,6 mm;
• maximum inertia moment of pillars is 144 cm (4);
• there is a double infilling option: two glasses or glass and nontransparent panel;
• there is an option of a swing structural leaf;
• fitting slot - Provedal.
The transparent design without thermal break of MP-640 series allows designing and producing balconies and loggias that harmoniously fit into the architecture of any building.
